Healthy-Recipes-For-Dinner---MakeLivingGoodOne of this year’s resolution for my family was to eat only healthy food. So, we all decided to switch to a special diet plan for the entire year. Eating a healthy diet everyday coupled with a daily exercise plan will do it’s wonders over the time. Moreover we thought that if we could build good eating habits in our kids, they will avoid any sort of junk foods over their lifetime and stay healthy.

Eating a diet rich in vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet may reduce risk for heart disease, including heart attack and stroke. Diets with fiber rich foods such as some vegetables and fruits, may reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes which have become every home’s problem in america today.

Since we want to be more conscious about what we are eating, sometimes it becomes challenging for my wife to find delicious healthy recipes for us.

That’s why I came up with this list of top 10 healthy recipes for dinner. I hope you would enjoy trying them out as we did & improve your family’s health over time. So, here they are:

Top 10 Healthy Recipes for Dinner

1. Seared Shrimp Vindaloo with Vegetables

Healthy Recipes Seared Shrimp Vindaloo With Vegetables -

When it comes to cooking shrimps, it’s hard to get the right healthy recipe for it. Cooking them at home can be a little tricky so majority of us consider them to be the best for appetizers like cocktail shrimps, pop corn shrimps, or even getting those prepackaged shrimp platters from the local grocery stores.

Let me tell you this recipe simply nails it and its one of my favorite. Vindaloo seasoning gives it a different curry flavor and the broccoli and other vegies give it the color and nutrients it needs. I always think that everyone of us have a little chef hidden inside us somewhere. All we need is the right recipe, some appliances and good ingredients to get started. For instance, we use this pan which makes our cooking so much easier and healthy as we don’t have to add loads of oil to saute like usually done in regular pans. I hope you would give this recipe a try tonight.
